Filter not showing up in options, tried everything

I'm not using steam and I've tried -everything- in this thread: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1305873
Please help

My options>UI does not at all register that there might be filters. The section where you usually choose is not appearing whatsoever

Its much easier to follow filters and automatically download updates.

Go to your account on this homepage, click "item filters" bottom right, then click the link "item filter ladder" and select all those you wish to follow.

It might take a few minutes until you get to select those filters ingame but once they show up, updates will be downloaded automatically and you dont need to worry about updating them on league launch.

No there is no trace of any filter in any of my options at all in any way. My game is not registering any filters whatsoever ((
