Headhunter rebalance proposal: permanently gain rare monster Modifiers rather than for 60 seconds
Rare monsters spawn rate is significantly decreased.
To balance power of Headhunter Leather Belt why not make rare monster mods be permanent for a single location rather than for 60 seconds? was: Headhunter Leather Belt Requires Level 40 +(25-40) to maximum Life +(40-55) to Strength +(40-55) to Dexterity +(50-60) to maximum Life (20-30)% increased Damage with Hits against Rare monsters When you Kill a Rare monster, you gain its Modifiers for 60 seconds to be: Headhunter Leather Belt Requires Level 40 +(25-40) to maximum Life +(40-55) to Strength +(40-55) to Dexterity +(50-60) to maximum Life (20-30)% increased Damage with Hits against Rare monsters When you Kill a Rare monster, you permanently gain its Modifiers at an Area There once was an exile who found a map of infinite doctors.
