100% Chaos Conversion in Reveal Video
The reveal video shows Flameblast and Chris stating "..flameblast with 100% of damage converted to chaos damage." When I saw that, I assumed some uniques would be updated to make that happen like The Consuming Dark or Infernal Mantle, but looking through the patch notes, I can't seem to find anything that would enable 100% of fire converted to chaos damage.

Did you count in Anomalous quality? 2% fire to chaos conversion per 1 quality.
With +30 quant Ashes you can reach 100%. I guess a corrupted awakened lvl 5 enhance would do it too. There might be easier options, haven't checked the new unique stuff fully. Did you try turning it off and on again?

" Yeah, that gets you to 60% and infernal mantle gets you to 75%. " I guess I didn't realize there was a conversion on the gem. That's definitely what it is. I was really hoping for an equipment answer to the full conversion. Thanks! Thanks for all the fish!

Speaking of converting...
There are skills that do that, straight up. Cobra Lash, for one, converts 60% of phys to chaos. It would not take much to find that extra 40%. And Blackflame converts 100% of burning damage to chaos. However... speaking of conversion... If you had a build that was utilizing the 100% Hrimsorrow on a skill that already converted all of its physical to something else - 100% fire conversion, for example - what takes precedence? Will the damage be cold, fire, or physical? I saw a very confusing, convoluted video on conversion some years ago, but can't find it now. Patch Notes 3.15:
Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive. Patch Notes 3.19: Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment. |

" You cant convert more than 100%, and if the total percentages of (different) conversions exceed 100%, it gets scaled so that the total is 100 again. Conversion from gems always has precedence in that though. See wiki as well, it has some examples (had to look it up myself to make sure, didnt even know that with the gems till now so learned something lol).
