Queen's Escape Changes?

With changes to how Rare items are now having more ways to roll Minion Modifiers and Necromancer got Nerfed, can we get a Update to this unique so its not really weak in comparison?

Queen's Escape is one of the numerous Fated items that are being drop disabled in 3.19.

Edit: It might not hurt to ask for Queen's Decree to get some kind of update/rework though. There's exactly one person using it in Sentinel on poe.ninja (zero using Escape). Not even sure if he is actually using it or what he was using it for, either. And while poe.ninja isn't the be all end all of player data, it does say a lot in this case.

Oof i loved that Item and even more before the Minion Number nerfs. You could have 24 Skeletons up with it. It was amazing. Sadly it does not provide the utilits a shield and a Wand brings and the second six-link is not so usefull to a minion build.
