You didn't see it in the notes because nothing was done to it. It was already dealt with in 3.17.

Well, it might change the name to Iron Fortress, and it would definitely re-roll the values of any of the mods that can be re-rolled. It can't add any of the new/replaced mods though, as is always the case with Divine.
