Passive skill tree reset with new league start ?

Is a passive skill reset coming with this new league start ?

It's not guaranteed, and there's no official policy to do so, but yeah... Normally every new league gives a free full passive reset to each char in Standard when the new league starts. I think there may have been one league quite a while ago that didn't get one, but every recent league start in the past few years has come with a passive skill reset.

If the passive tree changes enough, you might even be forced to reset your passive skills because nodes get moved and removed and added.

You get free reset only if they change passive tree (and by that I mean shifting/adding new stuff, not changing just numbers).
We didnt see Patch Notes yet, but I dont think we are gettin anything like that his league (except the Trickster rework)

they did remove one of the mana reservation masteries, but im not sure if thats a big enough change to warrant a full reset. everyone might just get that point refunded.

For the past couple of years we've gotten a full passive reset for every league, regardless of the amount of changes in the passive tree.

It's certainly not promised, and maybe they won't give one for some reason, but I don't really think it has much to do with how much the passive tree changes any more. Even recent leagues with very minor changes have been granted a full passive reset.
