Unfair perma ban

Hi my account name is DyadyaBogdanKeyNa9, recently I played with a friend on the path of the exile, he played for the first time and did not understand anything but wanted to play with me.
I helped him during the game, gave items and stuff explained what and how it works (his nickname in the game exbob or smth you can check, he also got perma banned for the same reason). In general, he figured it out a little and we had a good time and then I was banned for "Breaching Terms of Use" and he also did for the same reason, I filed an appeal but it was not accepted and hes appeal too (he was new acc with 20h played he never played before) they didn’t unban me and him too, although I didn’t do anything forbidden, but just played with friend. If I was blocked for giving him items, then this is strange because he is in my friend list on path of exile and friend in the steam, I can prove it, as for me, blocking for playing with your friend is an extremely strange reason. Please help me solve my problem! I can prove everything, I have mine and mine friend steam profiles, same exact message about ban as me (new player btw who first time enter the game) and poe profiles + showcase from discord that we are just playing and I was helping him to create his first build and helping him with items and explanations !!! I was literaly got perma for nothing and my friend who new to the game too he doesnt even use any programs, how is it even ok? I have all proves about it

" Well that is how it is with GGG. When BAN appeal is denied, that's it. There is noone in GGG you can contact / complain to about this. I would advice you to check "consumer protection" in your contry or take "legal" steps". |
