Orb of Storms and Hydrosphere cannot be supported by Spell Echo

Bug is as in title - neither the support nor the skills have text detailing that these skills cannot or should not be supported. It does not appear to be tied to the Orb tag, as Frost Bomb can still be echoed.

1. hydrosphere can be supported by spell echo and works with it linked as intended(refreshing/moving the orb with the repeated casts), its so simple to do a 2L and see that you do the animation multiple times with a single button press.
2. no real benefit to supporting orb of storms with it, it has a CD and does not carry charges so repeated casts would be immediately stopped. |

" 1 - Yep, that's my bad, I was mistaking it for another support in my testing setup. 2 - A, there being a lack of benefit is no excuse for not having mechanical consistency (or at least a line of text on OoS saying it cannot be repeated), and B, there can be benefit if you were to pair it with Second Wind, Plume of Pursuit, Divergent Spell Echo, Greater Spell Echo, and/or similar mechanics. Also, if it were mechanically consistent with the behavior of Frost Bomb, echoing it would not consume additional charges, just repeat the skill's first charge again. |

You can only have one orb out at a time so second wind would delete the first one anyway. OoS has no use for spell echo.

Skills' descriptions can't contain information about every possible interaction. You can't support Tornado with Spell Echo as well. It would be a bug if the support multiplied mana cost and showed an indicator icon at the skill but didn't work. You never know how skills are implemented under the hood and what prevent them to work with one thing or another. That's why supports show us what skills they are working with.
