Conqueror's Longevity not matching patch notes - bug?

Since GGG just announced the spell suppression nerf from the item. It is not likely to materialise this buff to the item
Also, get use to no reply from GGG. Look at 99.9% thread of this bug report section. Also, GGG made typo in patch notes all the time as well as change that did appear on paper (the patch notes) but not actually in-game This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee.
