Question: About Delirium skills from Atlas Skill Tree

Do Delirium skills from Atlas Skill Tree affect only maps with a delirium mirror or also maps that have been given delirium with a delirium orb?

I know that some skills tell you they only work with a mirror in map but many others don't give u that information.

They work if they'd make sense to.

Eg: the chance for 3 additional reward types works on both deli mirrors and deli orb'd maps.
