Unable to Interact with Map Device in Hideout

When I mouseover/click my map device, I do not get the option to interact with it. I can Edit->move/rotate the device, but I don't get the option to run maps.

And yes, I have completed the story.

Also, I'm unable to delete/reclaim the map device in Edit mode.

This issue is resolved.

I needed to speak with Kirac.

This solution should be more obvious. In the past, the Map Device was not visible until you'd fully completed the quest line.
