Missing passive point quest reward

I have a strange problem, missing two passive skill points from quest rewards.
I just made the quests "Queen of the Sands"(about one week ago) and "Vilenta's Vengeance"(today), when I killed the requested boss of those quest's, the quest instantly went to completed, without talking to Irasha/Lani and didn't grand the reward skill points. /passives says I got the rewarded points already, but when checking with path of building it say's I'm missing two points. (My current passive skill tree needs to be level 86, got no points left but my Occultist is level 88 and killed all bandits. Spent passive points: 109) I just finished all quests of Part 1 and 2 and checked every singel NPC if I missed some quest rewards, but I got all of them. Well, the character is quite a old one (1769 days) so it had a few skill point resets already, maybe that causes some trubles with the quests? Is it maybe the two points you get from killing kitava now? But ya a character that old might have quest state issues.
