Is it possible for new players to get Cartographer's hideout

The Cartographer's hideout was part of the epilogue up until last league, but now we no longer get to the Templar Laboratory, so it doesn't appear. Is there still a way for a new player to unlock the cartographer's hideout?

Wrong

"Absence of Value and Meaning" does not contain a separate "Templar Laboratory" instance

it is worth to submit bug report anyway, as in-game still tell you it is unlockable in the Templar Laboratory, but no one able to access a standalone the Templar Laboratory instance

Yep, people who encounter that should put in a proper bug report. Might also be worth putting a post in Feedback asking them to add it back in somewhere so it can be obtainable again. Maybe in Laboratory map, or Relic Chambers if they ever rotate that one back into the map pool.

It's a nice little HO if you just want sth small and efficient. It's the one I normally use.

Actually good idea to add to Sirus' arena or Red Elder

According to official GGG staffer post in reddit, it is unlock automatically once you reach end game (after act 10) and back to hideout. (i guess technically you still need to talk to Helena in order to switch to it)
