Cortex less-common Synthesis implicit does not work (propably)

almost all the time it rolls something like resistances, attributes or other common stuff.
When looking at poedb it shows that there are no actual weights associated to the synthesis implicits anymore. i remember looking at older data and there were weights to them. If the weights got removed it might explain why the 3 guaranteed modifiers from uber cortex boss are never less-common mods, since all mods are equally likely. Just a thought, my RNG may be wrong. it just means poedb no longer able to mine the data ....probably moved to another .dat file or finally stored in server-side
