RF and Elemental Overload

As far as i can tell EO does not work with RF simply because RF does not crit.
The majority of RF builds on Ninja are using EO so i assume it is for Fire Trap?

I have used it for Fire Trap quite extensively and it seems it is very situational whether EO procs or not.

Any comments?

EO is indeed for Fire Trap. And while it is situational, it does proc often enough when it needs to proc (prolonged fights against tanky targets).
