Juggernaut's Unstoppable skill doesn't make you immune to freezing
As the name the Juggernaut's passive skill "Unstoppable" name depicts, it's actually false including the "Action Speed cannot be modified to below base value & Movement Speed cannot be modified to below base value" text says. You can actually be frozen. The simplest way to test this is by using the skill gem "Cyclone" and enter a freezing pack of monsters, or a monster that can you freeze you on hit. As a regular Jugg, it wouldn't affect you that much since the effect only lasts for .1-.2 seconds. But if you're using Cyclone, you will actually stop spinning and then wind it up again.
I am not messing around. Last league (Archnemesis) I was doing a strength-stacking Chieftain with Cyclone and Shockwave Support. I did some Simulacrums and I was getting frozen or stunned multiple times and it actually annoyed me. It only affected me after wave 25, but getting stunned just for .1 seconds is enough for you to get blasted. I was convinced I was getting stunned, but I noticed the "Frozen" icon (like buff icon, but negative). And you may say: "You were a Chieftain, you can't use Unstoppable". Yes I can. I can use Forbidden Flame/Flesh with it. So, GGG, can you actually look into it? Cuz I am actually having my action speed reduced to 0, and that shouldn't be possible, even for a split second. And even if Jugg is a dead ascendancy, it still shouldn't have this kind of bug. Last bumped on Jul 14, 2022, 10:29:53 AM
