Best use of synthesize item harvest craft?

So through a stupid twist of fate I have 3 synthesize crafts in my harvest stash. While I'm certainly not complaining about getting 3 bosses within a week or so, I do kinda wish it were one of the other ones...

Anyway! I play softcore trade, but I'm unwilling to sell stuff on TFT or whatever. Any suggestions on what to blow them on? Maybe buy a decent convoking wand and try to boost its value with a decent implicit?

Synthesis imlicit replace existing one, so be careful. Most of them do not provide significant profit and may be even worse than basic imlicits on items. Like synthesised topaz ring with 10% lighning res. Lol. Or any ring with 10% cold/fire/lighning/chaos damage. Maybe worth trying on something with shitty imlicit but very good explicits. Iron ring for example. Or has no imlicits at all.

First option is always to upgrade some piece of gear you're actually using that doesn't have (great) implicits, for example weapon/shield. For armor items now you have eldrich currency, probably you're better without synthesis mods there.

If you don't have a specific item that you want to upgrade with an implicit, I'd go for ilvl 86+ Imbued Wands hoping to get something really good for KB characters (explode or damage per XXX attribute).

Bows also have some nice implicit options, like Bow Attacks fire an additional Arrow, Explode, Damage per XXX attribute, +Level of socketed gems, etc.
