Writhing invitation visual bug

So im not sure if anyone else if having the same issues as i am, however whenever i go into the writhing invitation the entire screen is a very dark shade of black with white pixels scattered across the screen. This makes it impossible for me to kill the boss as i cant see any aoes on the ground or any attacks from the boss as he is just a black outline. Never had this issue when i was running a system that used vulkan however my new system can only run dx12 and its been having these specific visual bugs that need to be addressed
