The Wings of Vastiri

for the past 3 characters I've done when I kill this quest it never counts, and I end up having to kill him multiple times before it registers.

Do you actually have the "Wings of Vastiri" in your bag?
If you do and you can't hand it in, then report it as a bug. ~ Please separate the PoE1 and PoE2 forums.

^this-otherwise it feels like user error since literally no one else is reporting this issue and you say it has happened 3 times.

Wings of vasteri is not a skill point quest. It gives you a unique jewel.
