Persistent Game Crashing ( Invalid pointer read c0000005 )

This crash has persisted for multiple leagues and this game that the error code has popped up with. I've had it happen maybe once or twice every couple weeks and then it stops crashing. But after the update, it has happened on two days 5+ times on each session.
I have attempted to verify integrity multiple times, emptying up the cache and reinstalling the game. Reinstalling fixed the game for a while, but the next day the crashes were back. You can find the crash logs below.
