GTX 1080 vs RTX 3070/3080 - whoch can run 100% deli smooth?

Hi guys...
i am currently playing with gtx 1080 and whole PoE is smooth, but 100% Delirium maps are 5fps issue when mobs come and items are dropping. I can play delirious maps when little enemies or items are at ground, but... spikey moments its like 2fps. can anyone confirm if investing to rtx3070 or rtx3080 will remove this issue? is it smooth with these GPUs ? Neither. Not with GGGT constantly screwing up their texture streaming.
Sitting in HO spamming alts for 4 hours straight is peak PoE gameplay. Thanks, Chris.

ok, i have bough rtx 3080 and it is much better playing than 1080.
when i was playing 100% deli maps in party, i had almost all the time 5-10fps (1440p uw monitor) and now i have 30-40fps.... its totaly difference. same cpu i5 9600k |
