Searing Quick Silver Flask MTX Applies only to one flask?

Hi, I am just wondering. I am sure this was brought up before but I wanted to ask anyway. So the searing quicksilver flask mtx is in one of the 90$ packs but I have a feeling it only affects one single flask. Say you use like 3 on a character, does this mean you would have to spend 90$ three times to use it on 3 quicksilver flasks? There is no way that's the case right? Does it have a similar mtx store dupe function like the vault weapons for example? Just wanted to be sure before I decide to buy it or pass on it.
