Hello. I am writing to you, because I no longer know who can help me, they do not explain anything in support and do not help at all. A few days ago I was playing PoE from my account Csgopro7, suddenly I was thrown off the server and when I tried to log in to the game it was written that my account was blocked by the administrator. I didn't understand for what or why at all. I went to write to support, but they didn't help me in any way and sent me to write an appeal. But I didn't violate anything, and I was given a ban allegedly for RMT. I am an honest player and have never done anything like this. When I wrote the appeal, I was surprised to find that the number of characters is limited. And there is no way to really explain anything. As I wrote in the appeal, I may have been banned for selling and buying crafts on The Forbidden Trove in Discord. But after all, many people sell and buy a lot of things there, for game currency. What kind of rmt can we talk about? I am an ordinary honest player, wJust started playing with pleasure. Less than two weeks later, suddenly I was banned. And if it were fair, I wouldn't write anything at all. But I didn't violate anything at all. I didn't swear at anyone in the game, I always tried to help newcomers with advice or killing complex monsters. Please give my account a second chance, I can't file an appeal, they ignore me in support, I do not know who can help me except you. In the response to the appeal, it was written that I could create a new account and continue playing. But I'm not from a rich family and I can't afford to spend money on support kits again, and play with the knowledge that I can be banned again for nothing. " i did that yesterday and also take this answer: I'm afraid that once an appeal has been processed, it is not possible to appeal a second time, and we are not able to process or discuss any ban appeals made via email to our Support team. so what i need to do? your team banned me from what i not doing and i cant write to anyone, cant appeal, i have this account from 2018 yeats, so many donate, so many chalanges and last week i cant play and also i cant take my account back for this, bcoz i taked ban from RMT, but I DONT DO IT, so what i need to do? |

" RMT = Real Money Trading. So if you are banned for RMT then that means that GGG is saying they have proof that either you have bought or sold "something" for real money (not ingame currency like you talk about with TFT) or benefited from it. And when the appeal is denied then yes, this is permanent and nothing more can be done. However you are missing something here. When an account is "blocked by administrator" then you are told to write to GGG support. They will then explain what the issue is and ask for an explanation. When there is a trial, the guilt of a person is proved to him by facts. They immediately answer simply - you are guilty, but we will not show evidence. Its not fair.
Alot of bans coming when you trading with person who selling items in a bulk, alot from TFT. And GGG think its RMT. My friend got banned, he didnt RMT, he just buy bulk scarabs, sextants etc and farm Crimson Temple like alot of people doing. All currency in hes character. And he got answer like - you are guilty, but we will not show evidence. |
