I purchased some coins from a 3rd party site and dont know what to do with the code?

Today i noticed that there was a website selling 50 coins for abit cheaper in my currency, i realize going through a 3rd party isn't the best choice but i had a bit of extra cash sitting on a PP credit card so bought it. They gave me a 16 digit code but i don't know if i enter it in steam or somewhere else, when i try to enter it into steam it just gives me an error. any tips be greatly appreciated.

" Nah, im sure it will work itself out. Not sure why Xsolla is such a shit Merchant though, ive never had issues when buying from anywhere online, however anytime Xsolla is involved there's always shady business and issues that's why i don't recommend going 3rd party. |
