Need some explanation

Hello, i wanna know, im using awakened poe trade, can i get banned for it or not? My friend just got banned 2 hours ago while leveling, he was using awakened poe trade as usual (im using it all the time), and Poe Smoother, because without it he was getting constantly 2 fps. Reason of ban: "Third Party Software". I need a help, maybe here's some people whos using Poe smoother all the time without any issues, we can't figure out the reason of this ban.

" There isn't any simple answer to this other then properly. It's the advice of GGG not to use any kind of 3 party software or tool. And yes, lots of streamers use it but even though this is denied it has been proven that the rules for them are "differant"..... |
