Vendor Recipes Not Working

I get only scroll of wisdom for all my currency offers. I want to convert some of my curriencies to orb of fusing but all vendors are only offering SoW in all acts. Is this intended for Sentinel league or is it a bug? Any ideas?

As far as I know, you can't get fusings from selling items or currency.
You can get jewlers from selling 6S items to the vendor and then convert those to fusings yourself.
