veritania the redeemer maps keep crashing

idk how to put a screen shot in with this bs but the debug number is 3288101653 every time I try to go into the map it crashes the client this happened yesterday and today

try running packcheck.exe as "an administrator" and then start the game again as "an administrator".

It can also be corrupted cache files, so you may need to delete those here -->
C:\Users\"your windows account name"\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile\

Lastly it can also be an MTX problem, so try removing all your MTX on gear and gems.
