Map device in hideout is just a decoration

My first sentinel character is finally a level 72 and I have several maps. However, the map device in my hideout is just a decoration. When I click on it nothing happens. I am not done with all the quests in Chapter 10 yet, but should I not be able to play a simple map now?

No, you have to finish Act 10 first.
