Please either get rid of Seething Chyme or fix the horrible mechanics of this fight.

WTF GGG seriously.

This is the worst boss I have ever done. If it's just tanky/hard or high defense mechanics then whatever because it's end game.

But no.

This thing uses some sh*t as mechanics and I spent a good 10 minutes died 5 times drowning is some mud and I have no idea where I am going. Until I googled and having to look for some random direction where the mud is BARELY moving. Then you get to some arena that has minimal area to walk on and died for the last time because of how bullsh*t the AOE is from that fat boss.

How are you suppose to fight this when I have already used up all the flasks and skills to get pass that station mud pool and then heading into the boss that has nothing on the field to recharge anything!?!??!?!

Whoever designed this fight needs to get fired from GGG seriously. Every league boss fights just gets worse with no improvement.

The mud stream should definitely move more clearly and quickly but I don't much mind it otherwise.

I agree it just needs a bit more... oomph, to its travel animation. Also seems to need more than 1 travel skill. Had to use dash and blink arrow for the challenge.

I respect and like, and think this comment has worthwhile things to say.
Mash the clean
The Seething Chime and Infinite Hunger have terrible mechanics for sure. You need some knacks to treat it.

1. Don't move at the moment of drown. Accumulate movement charges full, and look for the current. (I recommend you to use a Flame Dash with a Second Wind Support.) If you cannot find the current, aim for a small island around you and move to there as fast as possible. Stop there, gather movement charges, and move. Repeat until you find the current or the portal.

2. When you go up, the boss will go down with burrowing mode. Don't run around the arena. It will never emerge if you do so. Go straight to the top stairs instead, and tease the boss with the stairs. You should keep the stairs between the boss and you to prevent the boss' attack. (You need enough Movement Speed.) After some time, the boss will emerge, and you can deal then until you drown again.

3. Repeat. Really an infinite cycle.

I had defeated the Infinite Hunger in this league twice, and totally ignoring the map since then. The reason is:

I would not mind mudding through the chime if the boss fights me after that. All the way going through the mud, going up, and the boss goes down with burrowing mode. And then, the chime grows. This mechanics had frustrated the most.

The Infinite Hunger drops none of important items, and does not mean anything for me. The boss is purely for the challenges. I had given up the conditional challenges of the Sentinel league at the first day. So, why should I care?

Yes please remove this from the game. Just wasted an hour trying to find the portal...
Just don't do the fight honestly. It's not like any meaningful loot drops from it. I don't even pick up the invitations anymore, not worth the effort.
A good trick is whirling blades faster attack weapon swap

I find his burrow phrase to be real annoying.
Best trick for it is one shot it then pick up the utter garbage it drops, if you can't one shot it drop it because its not worth doing anyway.
