Glitching through regular locked door in labyrinth (not gold or silver)

Yesterday, while running through the Eternal Labyrinth, I suddenly glitched through a locked door that you would normally open by turning a lever (not a gold or silver door). I thought it could have been caused by my skills/armour/MTX but taking all those off I could still glitch through with the following video as a result:

I died just after the video and in a second run I forgot to look out for the glitch again.

Unfortunately, I forgot to generate a bug report code in game, so I hope you're not withheld important information.
