Thief's craft Amulet Anointment not working

Hi!
Thief's craft amulet anointment which is supposed to give +30 to intelligence passive is not giving me that. Not sure how to take screenshots and upload, but I'm only getting the intelligence attribute and not the passive from the anoint. If you read the known issues sticky, which you should do anyway, it tells you how to attach a screen shot.

If you have the passive already allocated you cannot double dip with the anoint. It looks like you removed it from your passive tree because there is still a travel dex node allocated.
Did it start working after you unallocated it? |

Thanks! I didn't realize it was an actual passive on the tree and not just +30 intelligence - made sense that you couldn't double dip. I just freed up that point from passive tree as you mentioned and it did start working as expected.
