Cyclone not working unarmed

The wiki clearly states cyclone can be used unarmed but it does not. Am I missing something or is the wiki wrong?

I have a couple of unarmed characters using cyclone as main skill with no problems. Facebreaker gloves and shield used.

Make sure you're not trying to use nightblade support.

" Assuming its your buzzsawjack character -- at a glance it looks like you have too much mana reserved --- you dont have a 0 mana cost cyclone, which is pretty much essential when you reserve all or almost all of your mana. Yep, totally over league play.
