Sniper's mark and mark on hit not working

Sniper's mark with mark on hit is not working unless I take off 1 of my six auras. Is there a limit to how many auto skills that can be used? I also run Cast when damage taken and molten shell. I don't know if that has something to do with it. I can drop my banner to fix this issue but I'd rather not. Anyone have any insight on this would be appreciated. Thanks
