Why did you make the Treasure hunter weapon mtx a primary weapon mtx?

Something that kind of annoyed me in the very first moment about the treasure hunter weapon effect, is, that it is "just plain".

So, i am someone who is used to the trails of the weapon effects, but i also do like the coin explosion.

from a business point of view, it seems like an arrow to the knee right there, releasing an effect like that, when there is plenty of other weapon mtx out there, with fancy trails and nice interactions with certail skills. From a supporter packs buyers point of view, i am genuinely asking myself, why i should by weapon mtx from now on, because the treasure hunter effect is more than decent, potentially decent enough for me to stick with the on kill effect and compensate the missing weapon trail with a character effect even. When using a shield, i can still apply that effect to the shield, ok, but it ruins the whole "use a weapon mtx on your shield as well vibe" a feature i personally was looking forward too for a long time, and really enjoyed when it was released.

And now, we come to my actual point, is this just an overlook on the designers hand? is this actually intentional?

for the longest, since the release of the first blood pack, we have a weapon added effect slot, but only that one particular effect...why is that effect not a weapon added effect, given the fact that there are like countless weapon effects? as an mtx enjoyer, that i am, i feel kind of like cucking myself big time, having to choose between an actual weapon mtx or a kill effect.

Give us the option to use the treasure hunter effect as weapon added effect please!(This is literally asking you for giving us an motivation to give you money)
