Convert % physical damage to lightning

Hi, I was working on a convert build until I realized I couldn't use all 3 elements. There is Blackgleam for 30-50% for fire, Hrimsorrow gloves for 25% as cold but no lightning? I could use Darkscorn for 25% chaos but I was going the ele convert route.

I think it would be awesome if I could make a 100% convert build but we have no lightning uniques...
Anyone?
There's no lightning conversion because it would be overpowered, because shock is overpowered.
What makes shock more op than freeze or ignite?
This is probably intentional so as to give diversity to which elements builds can use.

My best char so far https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1211377
well, there's lightning arrow. LA + hrimsorrow + blackgleam is 100% conversion and gives you all 3 elements.
There's a unique shield that converts 25% physical to fire too.
As others said being able to convert physical damage to lightning is OP, because it gives 120% more damage.
Lightning strike also converts 50% of physical to lightning. I think that's why there's no lightning uniques, since there are already a melee and a ranged attack skill which do 50% lightning convert.

Shock isn't overpowered, it's only extra damage on the hit after you shock them. Burning gives extra damage with only 1 hit, and can be buffed a lot. Burning also makes a number of enemies flee. Sure, shock is usually better than burning, but burning has the potential to be more effective if you use it right. It's also much easier to get the burning effect on enemies without crits.
Freeze and chill are defensive debuffs, and have a different use. There's no point in comparing them really.
Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

Burning will never be even remotely close to as good as shock, unless they enable burning debuffs to stack. Only the strongest burn on a target does damage. Of course it is easy to get 40%+ chance to ignite - since the ignite effects don't stack they could make it 100% and it would barely be more powerful anyway.

Sorry, burn isn't even close to shock. It only buffs your damage, and it does so in a very limited, non-synergistic way. There's a good reason why there are dozens of builds out there that aren't specifically lightning builds, but try to get shock stacks anyway - and precisely none that do the same for ignite.
