Inspired Learning / Headhunter + Breaks Movement skills, all the time.

It seems like 5 out of every 6 packs that I kill with inspired learning give me a buff (which I believe is spell echo). This causes my Dash to jump forward and then quickly jump back again. This always makes getting out of the way of abilities/degen extra tricky, but not impossible: just really, really, annoying.

Is there a way to work around having the echoist buff AND still be able to use travel skills, sanely?

AHH! It's not just Echoist. No wonder it seems like -every- pack has echoist. With my buffs, I have incredibly fast attack+action speeds. This causes the problem with Anom Dash + Anom Second wind, which has one of the lowest cooldown+cast times possible with travel skills.

If your attack/action time is too fast, sometimes your travel skills will cause the "rubberband" effect. I've had this happen a number of times without having stolen any mods and thought it must be some weird issue with server latency.

What's actually happening in these is the target location didn't change, and it was close enough that you've moved past it, so targeting the same location with the repeat causes you to go backwards. However, while it's not how skills actually work, I think there is merit to trying to treat this as though targeting a direction rather than a location, and maintaining that - I've raised this with a designer for further consideration in future.
