Blue map, 1 mod, not even boss related. I guess empowering bosses makes them invulnerable. Check my character, i have enough dps to kill this T15 boss but....nope. So what's wrong here???

It would be somewhat logical to assume that the 'empowerment' value on the sentinels is a static percentile modifier on all the mob's values.
eg. 40 empowerment (about the average stalker) is almost 150% of all the stats that the mob had before. So 40% extra defensives, life, regen, resistances, the lot. But as there is no defining value from the devs or ingame as to what 'empowerment' does. Well, it could do anything, even a sliding themed value based on the simulated exalted orb conversion rate of what has dropped so far, and every 10 ex in value you get a /random multiplier. |

Use frost bomb, you are buffing his life and his damage reduction on a guy who already stands in regen ground 90% of the time.
It'll be slow with frost bomb, but not any slower than other empowered bosses (which I personally find to be so torturously slow it isn't worth) |
