"Auras from your Skills have 15% increased Effect on you" does not affect Temporal Chains

Issue:
"Auras from your Skills have 15% increased Effect on you" does not affect Temporal Chains from Rotblood Promise.

Expected behaviour:
The Reservation Mastery "Auras from your Skills have 15% increased Effect on you" does not state anything about "Non-Curse", so it should affect the Temporal Chains as well.

How to reproduce:
I am using Rotblood Promise with Temporal Chains for the classic self-curse setup, plus Solstice Vigil to reach maximum buff duration.

The Reservation Mastery "Auras from your Skills have 15% increased Effect on you" does not state anything about "Non-Curse", so it should affect the Temporal Chains as well. However, it does not.

Tested by using a stopwatch and checking how long the Shaper's Presence Buff lasts with the mastery enabled and disabled. The result remained the same.

Found out the same. Landed here as well - 4 Month later.

Purposful Harbinger doesnt work either...
