Gain flask charge on crit mod will not search on the trade site

When you search for the hunter mod on belts, gain flask charge on critical strike, the only thing that comes up is a unique weapon. When set to search for belts it says there are no results. You can manually scroll through hunter belts and find the mod, but even when the mods is copied and pasted it doesn't work.
