Lost my Animated Guardian?

I can be slightly wrong with my calculations of course, but more or less this should have been an absolute unit of a beast.

Which baffles me, as I've went on an Temple of Atzoatl excursion, and during more or less half of the playthrough the spirit disappeared. I am not quite sure what happened, but it's not longer there, and I don't really believe there was anything even remotely strong enough to oneshot this monstrosity (granted I got 100-0'd twice, but my stats are way way lower and I play carelessly).

Attempts to resummon him via Spirit Guardian casts at hideout fail, which make me think he just simply vanished from existence.

Any ideas what could have happened regarding this? I really don't want to believe he just got vaporized.


TLDR, Did a guardian today with items that should give him basically immortality, guardian disappeared 20 minutes later, no idea why and how.
