One of a kind? You can literally just Divine your Legacy Flask, keep the Instant Mod and get the 20% Conversion up to 50% Conversion. This happened to your flask aswell, as you can see, because it no longer has the Legacy 30% leeched as Life/Mana, but instead 20%.

You may be right but how are you sure that will keep the legacy instant mode and not become a current vinktar? I bought the flask. Didn't divine it.

Edit: You can divine to 50% conversion and still keep the Legacy Leech but since a few Patches ago there was a new mod introduced that increased charges per use. This will get added if you divine your legacy flask now. It´s not a big deal for mapping but technically OP´s flask could be a one of a kind flask.
