When to exchange divination cards

When to exchange divination cards?
Immediately when the set is full? Or may it worth to wait, until the character level and/or monster level rises high? Does the character level, or area level, influence the outcome (what item will I get) of the roll? Last bumped on May 28, 2022, 10:31:41 AM

Divination cards that have specific item level listed in the card description are always turned in for item of that level. If it's not set, then the item level will be the level of the player handing in the cards, capped at level 80.
