Horizon orbs not working with Conqueror maps

Baran is still Baran after 6 tries. It's changing the map and not the Conqueror.
This worked as expected with Shaper Guardians. I have not tried Elder Guardians. Last bumped on May 27, 2022, 8:19:58 PM

this isn't a bug, elder and conqueror's don't change which guardian is on it.
shaper changes it because they aren't occupied rather they are special maps that are part of a set. |

It did last league...

Certainly does not seem consistent. I'm pretty certain I had Barans and used them to get Veritania. |
