So I invested much in my Animate guardian having him like a explode + elevated regen. So I can put a high defense and offensive benefits on him. But if Uber bosses like this gonna 1 shot him. What can I do more ? I know I'm wearing flesh crafter armor here with him having low life but pretty High Energy shield since he got 39% chaos resistance. So like 78% of his life is converted to Energy shield.
at my first animate guardian death doing Uber maven with the same gear I thought I was just being careless letting the animate guardian eating much attacks by the maven. So I tryna convocation him on some attack phases. But if his gonna get 1 shot like this I don't know what to do anymore my build requires an animate guardian and covers up a lot of dps.
Spending like 8+ ex for the whole gear of it and it died second time now. I even died on the fight so pretty sure his on full health and Energy shield when that happen.

just want to know if this is intended damage to get him 1 shot and if other uber bosses will one shot him like this even with capped elemental resistance and 56,084 ES and a 15,818 life.
Also I have poe lurker in my recording I hope its not bannable since I just saw content creators using this for quality of life trading.

Absolutely same situation, my ga got 5ex gear with same strat as urs, maximum shots were 30% of his health(es) 75k approx. And in uber maven her fire ball just one shoted him, wondering what to do...

Im pretty sure if you have chaos res, itll die while using fleshcrafter. Try zero chaos res - Also, Von Vikton has a cool YT video of an unkillable Animate for like 3ex

Watching the video real slow, it looks like the guardian didn't get 1-shot, it just slowly died to degen or something.
You can see the fortify buff fall off from your zombies before Maven slams the ground.
EDIT:
Remember that in Uber Maven fight a lot of her skills will apply a debuff which prevents recovery of Mana/Life/EnergyShield.

Yeah but as you can see at 0:19 I died and from 0:58 at I enter again so pretty sure that my AG already is at full health. I couldn't see the AG position when I entered on it. Watching it slowly all of my minions didn't touch the beams/laser of maven. I use convocation as well on the side of the explosion still gets hit badly.
I don't have zombies btw and yeah He didn't get 1 hit by it but almost and a split second he just died already.
