Pandemonium sentinel and deply a pack of monsters

So I have the node that states "pandemonium sentinels spawn a pack of monster on deployment"
It seems that this is not 100%. I spammed some blood aqueducts to consume some sentinels for breeding purpose and I noticed that sometimes when deploying the sentinel it doesn't spawn a pack of monsters. Never invite Vorana, Last To Fall at a beer party. Last bumped on May 26, 2022, 2:08:51 PM
