6 Searing Exarch altars possible?

So I've done a wide variety of T16 maps corrupted to 8-mod 130-140 quant. I'm running it with Grand Design to really run up the pack size. I've run a couple hundred maps and keep seeing 4 maybe 5 altars. Never 6. Is this even possible? And if so, is there something else I should be doing to see 6 altars?

I stuck the same way, my best was 5 so far on a map among 606 found altars.
My average altar / map rate so far is 2,348 altar per map. Using all relevant passive nodes as well. All-time non-streamer luckless dropless rewardless tons-of-time-playing non-TFT-er 100% solo player.
So, it just turns out, we were lied to for years with the promises of a two-storied one PoE 4.0. All these worse and worse beta leagues, all these braindead changes, all lead to this. |

Maybe "Use Eldritch Altars" challenge Bugged?
