hey, i wanted to ask question about Hand of Wisdom and Action
Imperial Claw and the 1% attack speed per 25 dex. is it Local attack speed that effect the attack speed of the weapon or is it just global 1% increase? thanks Last bumped on May 25, 2022, 5:58:40 PM
