Update Patches for Console - When to Expect?

As the title says, when can we expect to get the remaining patches to 3.18?

" With all due respect, the “d” patch is still being DEVELOPED for PC and the last post by GGG says maybe by next week FOR PC. We need the latest patches now for the game to be enjoyable. Leaving us to wait another week or two is just another indication that you folks don’t give a a damn about console. Why doesn’t GGG just kill the console port and get it over with already. | |

I got excited when I saw this thread because it has GGG response and the title looks promising....
Forget about regular patches, when are we getting quality of life updates? |
