Marks should not be permanent

Marks should be lost when the target is out of combat(since there is no meaning to "mark" something which is not your current prey) or the applier is dead(again there is no meaning). This should be apply to both the player(like boss changes phase/ground) and the monsters(the most prevalent scene is when a Deadeye monster is killed).
Two-handed - Mop
Dual Wield - Slippers
One-handed & Shield (close combat) - Brush & Basin
One-handed & Shield (ranged) - Hair Dryer & Mirror
Main-hand & Off-hand (evil witch) - Sponge & Soap

imho, marks should be permanent on enemies but lasts on players for a duration (until enemy death)

if GGG is lenient then maybe for set duration.

either way i believe it is an oversight on GGG's part.

the entire reason it was made as permanent is to encourage players to "cast and forget" while fighting tough bosses.

I'm not very confident of the killed monster part(since I bring an anti-curse potion), however I' m very certain that if I run away from a Deadeye Monster, its mark keeps till I use that potion or portal to hideout, which is the part I think should be changed mostly(like in delve you can no longer turn back and deal with that monster...)
