Please help the players that keep crashing since 3.18 prepatch hit

Please can someone at GGG look into the problems lots of players seem to have since 3.18 prepatch?

testet with all available texture settings.
its not hardware related, no overheating. System runs different games fine for endless hours. Its only POE that crashes. And only since 3.18 - never before. | |

yes, it happens in standard too.
It did start with the prepatch for 3.18 when Archnemesis was still active. | |

Hey, same problem here !
Feels like it is related to the Directx 12 installation because since I used it in 3.18 I started having some crashes and then when I moved to Apex I started to have crashes there too and the error was something about my Ram but my pC is runing well and my config is more than enough. So yeah maybe there is something with the DirectX12 going on ! |

well try chaning to DX11 or Vulcan and see if that helps ?

There are MANY forums describing this problem and nearly all of them have tried all the graphical settings, reinstalled the game, etc etc. I am having the same issues only with a higher frequency. It is a pervasive issue and we have no info on it. Unfortunately the crashes arent even generating any kind of error nor crash log. I am guessing that is part of why it hasnt been solved yet.
